Position Summary:
 
This position involves food preparation tasks, cleaning and sanitation duties, shopping for food and supplies, delivering meals, and loading and unloading the food service vehicle. Supports CAPSLO’s mission by ensuring that the food service operation runs smoothly and helps individuals and families in the community.
Preferred Education and Experience:
 
Experience working in commercial or institutional food service preferred.  
 
Essential Functions:
  1. Cleans during production and following meal service, i.e., keeps equipment, appliances, work surfaces and area clean and sanitized, washes dishes, pots and pans, sweeps and mops, loads and unloads dishwasher.
  2. Sets up meal service for classes.
  3. Loads food transport containers into delivery vehicle, unloads empty containers.
