Quality Assurance Manager

MAAC - San Marcos, CA

Under direct supervision, will coordinate and direct monitoring for compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, State and Federal regulations at all centers and with program partners.  Ensures coordination of efforts with MAAC's Compliance Officer including, but not limited to, reviews, self-assessments, QAVs and monitoring.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, Quality Management  or a related field with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education
  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in Head Start or a Child Development program, that includes a minimum of three (3) years of successful management and supervisory experience
  • Experience working with State and Federal regulated Child Development Programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and databases such as ChildPlus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking, reading, and writing preferred
