You could play a key role overseeing the enrollment process for children and families in our Head Start and State Preschool Programs.
General Summary: Under the general direction of the ERSEA Manager the ERSEA supervisor oversees the day to day operations of the Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance of families for the Head Start 0-5 Programs in addition to the California State Preschool program eligibility requirements.
The ERSEA Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the ERSEA system; prepares routine reports; implements procedures for continuous recruitment and enrollment for the Grantee Head Start 0-5 program. Supervises Centralized Eligibility Advocates and support staff; performs ongoing monitoring of the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) area; gathers data needed for the annual review of the selection criteria, coordinates and leads the development of ongoing recruitment plans.
This position requires the individual to travel and/or drive to various off-site locations. The position requires the individual to sometimes work irregular or extended work hours and meet multiple demands from several people.
