ERSEA Manager

The ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, supervision, coordination, and organization of the ERSEA function for MAAC’s Child Development programs.  The ERSEA Manager will coordinate services with other management personnel and staff to meet the goals of MAAC’s Child Development Programs to ensure program eligibility, ongoing full program enrollment, ongoing program recruitment, daily attendance and meal count tracking, and maintenance of the grantee wait list.

 The ERSEA Manager will apply professional expertise and over-sight ensuring that MAAC’s Child Development Programs comply with all applicable regulations and Performance Standards. The incumbent will analyze, plan and implement eligibility, enrollment, recruitment, selection and attendance (ERSEA) tracking systems; plan and provide training related to ERSEA systems, policies and procedures for program(s) and ensure for appropriate monitoring, collaboration and tracking of ERSEA  related services.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Administrative Services, or a related field with an emphasis in Business Administration
  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in ERSEA, that includes a minimum of three (3) years of successful management and supervisory experience
  • Experience working with State and Federal regulated Child Development Programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and databases such as ChildPlus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking, reading, and writing preferred
