Project Manager & Business Analyst

Nulinx International, Inc. - Tarzana, CA

The ideal candidate is in charge of managing the full project cycles from concept, scope design, scheduling, implementation, testing and delivery. You will be participating in project definitions, planning, scope analysis, internal and external communications, including enhancing and improving current processes.

Typical responsibilities

  • Identify market needs and product features based on market research, client feedback and new technologies
  • Coordination between client and the development team for prompt and solid delivery of deliverables on an ongoing basis; supporting the prioritization of business and enterprise needs and managing expectations
  • Business analysis and gathering of technical and functional requirements for new features or client requests. 
  • Responsible for all client customization and enhancement requests, from initial request to full delivery.
  • Managing of all phases of a project, in close coordination with the Development Manager
  • Documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements, processes, systems and data flows.
  • Creation of internal guidelines, mapping, documentation and manuals.
  • Creation of user manuals and guidelines to be used by system users.
  • Define, coordinate, facilitate and/or execute user acceptance tests against business requirements
  • Document and train internal teams, support staff and system users on new processes & procedures
  • Formulate, define and implement improvements to business processes and operations
  • Conduct project meetings and facilitating collaborative discussions
  • Collaborate / coordinate closely in partnership with other departments 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Strong technical & analytical skills and understanding of data bases
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Track record in business analysis and process improvement;
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;
  • Experience in working with large sets of data including data manipulation in logical data structures and reconciliations;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project.

Education

Bachelors degree. A degree and experience in Early Childhood Policy is a big PLUS.

- Annual salary $65-$75K
