Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Program Services, the Community Partnerships Manager is a critical role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community organizations, donors, and corporations to support the mission and goals of OCHS. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for partnership development and community engagement to enhance the organization’s impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public relations, social services, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of strong operational experience in a non-profit, community-based field, working with community partners, families, and employees. Knowledge of Head Start program regulations, current initiatives, and trends; reporting practices and requirements in areas related to parent, family, and community engagement, nutrition and health, and education; monitoring systems and methodologies, research methods, and statistical analysis techniques; management and supervisory principles and practices.
We offer an hourly pay of $39.37 per hour with excellent benefits and the opportunity to serve your children and their families in Orange County.
