We’re hiring Site Supervisors to join our teams in Rodeo and Richmond with Contra Costa County Head Start and Child Development Programs!
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll manage the daily operations of early childhood programs for children ages 0-5 at different-sized sites in Contra Costa County. You’ll hire, guide and support a team dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of young children. Our team builds strong connections with each other and the families we serve, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our littlest learners.
Site Supervisor I ($65,878.92 - $80,076.24 Annually)
Minimum Requirements for the supervision of a small capacity child development site:
- Child Development Site Supervisor Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Two (2) years of full-time experience as a Teacher in a publicly funded preschool or child development program.
- Additional requirements as detailed in application.
Site Supervisor II ($71,463.72 - $86,864.64 Annually)
Minimum Requirements for the supervision of a medium capacity child development site:
- Child Development Site Supervisor Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Two (2) years of full-time experience as a Site Supervisor in a publicly funded preschool or child development program.
- Additional requirements as detailed in application.
Site Supervisor III ($75,949.44 - $92,316.96 Annually)
Minimum Requirements for the supervision of a large capacity child development site:
- Child Development Site Supervisor Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Four (4) years of full-time experience as a Site Supervisor in a publicly funded preschool or child development program.
- Additional requirements as detailed in application.
