We’re hiring Infant/Toddler Teachers (Associate, Teacher, and Master levels) to join Contra Costa County Head Start in Bay Point, Brentwood, Oakley, Richmond, and Concord!
Every day, our Infant/Toddler Teachers create welcoming, active classrooms for children ages 0-3 to explore, develop, and build relationships. Infant Toddler Associate Teacher ($47,729.28 - $58,015.32 Annually)
Minimum Requirements:
- 12 semester units or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD) including 3 units in Infant/Toddler Care and Education.
- Child Development Associate Teacher Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Additional requirements as detailed in the application.
Infant and Toddler Teacher ($59,261.16 - $72,032.28 Annually)
Minimum Requirements:
- 24 semester units or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development including 3 units in Infant/Toddler Care & Education.
- Child Development Teacher Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Additional requirements as detailed in application.
Infant and Toddler Master Teacher ($62,336.04 - $75,769.80 Annually)
Minimum Requirements:
- 24 semester units or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE)/Child Development (CD) including 6 units in Infant/Toddler Care & Education OR 6 units in ECE and 6 units in Infant/Toddler Care & Education OR Bachelor’s degree with a major in ECE, CD, or equivalent, as detailed here.
- Child Development Master Teacher Permit.
- Two (2) years of full-time experience as an infant/toddler teacher; one (1) year must have included supervising staff in the classroom.
